Volumetric Icecream Filler

Our vif-100 can be fill varieties of ice cream such as plain or with ingredients or with ripple using required attachments offered with the machine separately.

Output :

• 1500 to 2000 cups per hour in single filler head as per skill of worker in dual filler

• Vif-100 is suitable for up to 750 ml.

• All contact parts are of ss-304 or food grade material

Machine is fully electro-pneumatically control and having followoing advantages:

• The machine is automatic control of volume of ice cream filling in the cup, thus reducing variation in the volume of the ice cream and hence reducing the cost of overfilling

• Simple piston and cylinder design, electro-pneumatically operated and controled

• Ice cream volume can be change by timer

• Semi skill person can be fill the icecream in cups

• All the contact parts are from ss-304

• Filler will be mounted on a self standing ss square section.With adjustable legs
