Nylon Films

We manufacture high quality nylon films / sheets / bags / liners for hot filling purposes. These nylon films have high mechanical strength and elongation capacity. Our nylon films are used for packaging of various products like oils, greases, bitumen, bearings, engineering items, etc. We also offer Polyamide (PA) films / sheets / bags / liners.

Properties:

• High Mechanical Strength.
• High Elongation Capacity.
• Excellent Resistance to Cutting, Perforation, Abrasion and Bursting.
• Low Shrinkage.
• Having lowest specific gravity amongst Barrier Films.
• Properties unchanged between - 30°C to 120°C
• High Chemical Resistance to Oils / Greases and Fats and unaffected by most organic and inorganic chemicals except for mineral, formic and phenolic-acids.
• Outstanding impermeability to Gases and Vapors.
• Absorb a certain level of water (i.e. moisture) from the atmosphere and the equilibrium point of their moisture - absorption depends on the relative humidity.

Applications:

• Packing of Oils, Greases and TAR / Bitumen (i.e. Hot - Filling)
• Packing of Bearings and Engineering Items.
• Gasketing, Pressure sensitive Taps / Straps (For Export Packaging)

The Nylon Straps would provide the desired strength as well as cost economics over Metallic Straps. Easy handling and processing at the same time good printability are the added advantages besides light - weight as the major advantage.

• Dental Prosthesis for releasing molded pieces from the mold. ( i.e. used by Artificial / Acrylic - Teeth Manufacturer. )
• Auto-cleavable and excellent for - Pharmaceuticals.
• Reinforcing of other products like Rubber, Leather, Fabrics, Conveyor - Belts and other Ribbons.
