Non Condensable Gas

Our pyrolysis technology helps in the production of Gas (10 to12), which has higher calorific value compared to natural gas. These Non Condensable Gases arise during the recycling application and are 12 to 15% of the total tyre recycled. These gases can easily replace natural gas and propane when stored. Further, these are used as energy resource in gas burners. Our facility has the potential of generating 1400 - 1500 m³/day gas, as we have 10 ton scrap tyre/day recycling capacity.
