Properties and Features:
•Excellent migrating power can repair the color spot effectively after dyeing on the polyester fabric and its blends. The shade of the fabric is almost the same as before.
•The special active component can decrease the dyes up-take speed and keeps the dyestuff from secondary aggregation during the heating-up stage. It also can accelerate the dyes up-take speed under high temperature. Therefore, MICRO-X can not only improve the levelness, but also raise the color yield.
•Suitable for polyester package dyeing. Its high dispensability can avoid the color difference between inside and outside layer of the package yarn.
Application Process:
1. As color spot repairing agent :
Dosage: 1.0~3.0g/L
L/R: 1:10~30
Temperature: 130 ¡æ ~140°C
time: 10~60 min
2. as high temperature leveling agent:
Dosage: 0.2~0.5g/L
L/R: 1:10-30
Temperature: 130°C ~140°C
time: 30~60 min
for actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries.
Package & Storage:
50 KG CARBOYS, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition. Note: These products maybe get cloudy under room temperature, remember stir it before using.
