Description
Feeder :
The feeder ensures dependable performance at all times, the squeezing apparatus provides double sided action which assures an unbroken sequence of blanks.
Pre-folding :
To pre-fold and lay flat 1 and 3 creasing lines of the blank. The running tracks are fitted with ball bearings centrally adjustable from the operating side. Tensioning of the folding belts can be adjusted while the machine is running.
Pasting unit :
Pasting / gluing tank is detachable easily for refilling. This tank is adjustable up and down for height changeability of the tank. To determine and control required strip of glue over the glue disc. Micro setting device is attached.
Final foldings :
2nd and 4th creasing line of the moving glued blanks are folded with the systems provided on the machine.
