POLYESTER DYEING AUXILIARIES
MULTIFUNCTIONAL SCOURING AGENT: XYLON-100

Complex substance of surfactant and nonionic salt

Properties and Features:
•It is a "Three-in-one" scouring agent, in pre-treatment, it can displace Caustic Soda, Scouring agent and Sequestering agent, features easy usage.
•Has excellent penetration and low foaming.
Application Field:
Mainly used for pre-treatment for 100% polyester , cotton knitted fabric and P/C blends. It also can be used to treat package yarn and reeled yarn.
Application Process:
1. 100% polyester fabrics: XYLON-100:2-3g/L ,98degree running for 40-60mins.
2. P/C knitted fabric: XYLON-100:1-3g/L 98degree running for 40-60mins.
3. Package yarn or Reeled yarn: XYLON-100:2-4g/L 98degree running for 60-90mins.
4. Jig process for woven fabric: XYLON-100: 1-4g/L.
For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries.
Package & Storage:
50 KG CARBOYS can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
