Composite Drums and Barrels

Our clients can avail from usComposite Drums, which are made using quality CRCA. The inside of the drums are made using polyethylene and the closures are manufactured using 2" polypropylene with rubber or PE ceiling ring. Our containers are designed using optimum strength & volume, and are used to store & pack hazardous chemicals and pesticides. Manufactured at par with international quality standards, these drums are highly durable & sturdy like steel drums, with the chemical compatibility of a HM- HDPE barrels.

Construction:

• Body overlapped welded
• Bottom/top seamed to body with injected sealing compound
• Blow-molded virgin high density polyethylene inside the barrels
• Provided with two openings of 2" bungs that are surrounded by high quality C.R. Steel

Surface Treatment:

• Online screening on the body & top available
• Galvanized or Lacquered
• Optional lacquered lining inside/outside for aggressive chemicals
