INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:

To overcome this leakage problem & Solar Heat problem steps involved in the treatment are-

1. Level the surface; try to bring uniformity on floor.

2. Repair the terrace if any civil work of patching extra is required in case of old roof.

3. Wash the surface thoroughly with water using pressure pumps , wire brush/ Nylon Brush/Scrapper if required (surface has to be free from loose dust, oil, grease, bitumen & algae in case of old roof.)

4. Apply a layer of cement based waterproof layer (poly seal coat).

5. Do brick bat coba of required thickness using Ce Pack to maintain the slope of the roof.

6. Finish the top layer of brick bat coba with thickness of 1 inch by insulated screed using Insul mix & Ce pack with the mortar.

7. Wash the surface thoroughly again with water so that no loose dust remains.

8. Keep the surface slightly damp before application.

9. Apply 2 coat of Seal Coat on the substrate.

10. After seal coat apply 2 coats of Insul Wrap with interval of 2 hrs to give insulation.

11. After 6 hrs of drying of Insul Wrap apply 2 coat of uniform layer of Cool Wrap/Cool Coat with brush on substrate providing reflectivity to the roof.

12. For full curing let the coating dry for 12 hrs.

13. With interval of 12 hrs. Sprinkle water on the coated surface for 2 days.

14. This Seal Coat, Insul Wrap, Cool Wrap/Cool Coat treatment makes the roof surface water proof , insulated & IR reflective.
