According to the newest International Code of Hygienic Practice for Milk and Milk Products from Codex Secretariat, milk requires to be cooled to a temperature below 7 deg Celsius if it is not processed within two hours of milking. Therefore, cooling tanks are used for cooling the milk immediately after milking. It helps in preserving the quality of milk and to reduce growth of bacteria & micro-organisms. These Bulk Milk Cooler are used to cool milk, which is collected at the village level co-operative milk societies. Our cooling unit cools milk from the ambient temperature to 4 degree Celsius as per the specified ISO standards. Besides, these are Insulated and agitated tanks, to provide longer life.
