Helical Gearboxes

We design and engineer high precision helical gearboxes meant not only for rolling mills but also for a variety of other applications in various industries like cranes and material handling, sugar mills, rubber mills, crushers, etc. We manufacture single stage, double stage and multiple-stage helical gearboxes, spur gearboxes from 1-1000 HP rating.

The body of gearboxes is made of cast iron or is M.S. fabricated depending on the application. The pinions are made of high quality alloy steel material and are hardened and tempered. The gears are generally made of carbon steel. Proper tolerances on center distances and M.O. T., etc. are maintained to eliminate backlash and other manufacturing defects.
