Distribution Transformers (Oil Type)

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of Distribution Transformers (Oil Type). These transformers are compact in size as these transformers are available with corrugated walls that are smaller than those with radiators. As the temperature of the windings under load rises, the temperature of the oil also rises. This results in the blowing up of the hot oil which than meets the top cover and finally goes down the fins. The rising air between the fins helps in cooling the hot oil. The fins help in increasing the surface of the tank and improved heat dissipation. Clients can also get the heat dissipation as per their specific requirements by changing the number of corrugations and their height and depth. Moreover, the fins have the required degree of elasticity which help these to absorb the expansion in the volume of liquid. This is possible due to the heating of the cooling medium.
